Welcome to Kickstart PPC's Amazon PPC Service! Before you proceed, please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions governing the use of our service. By accessing or using our service, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
Service Description: Kickstart PPC provides Amazon PPC (Pay-Per-Click) management services to help optimize and enhance your Amazon advertising campaigns.
Payment Terms:
Our service operates on a month-to-month payment basis.
Payment for the service is due monthly in advance.
There are no refunds for any payments made for the service.
Cancellation Policy:
Customers must provide a minimum of 14 days' notice in writing to cancel the service.
Upon cancellation, any remaining days within the month will be credited to the customer's account for future services.
If cancellation occurs when the monthly retainer balance is depleted, any outstanding balance will be owed by the customer.
Refunds:
Kickstart PPC does not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to cancellation of service.
Communication:
All cancellations must be communicated in writing to confirm the cancellation.
Effect of Cancellation:
Upon cancellation, the 14-day notice period will commence.
Any remaining days within the month will be credited to the customer's account for future services.
If the customer's account balance reaches zero during the 14-day notice period, any additional services provided will incur additional charges.
Customer Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their account information is accurate and up to date.
Customers are responsible for any fees or charges incurred due to incorrect or outdated account information.
Modification of Terms:
Kickstart PPC reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
It is the customer's responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.
Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
