Billing information (processed securely via Stripe; we do not store card details)

Amazon Seller Data

Sales and order data accessed via the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API)

This data is accessed only with your explicit authorization via Amazon's OAuth flow and is used solely to provide the Service to you

Display your Amazon sales and advertising analytics within your dashboard

Automate bid optimization on your behalf where you have enabled this feature

3. AMAZON DATA — STORAGE AND SECURITY

Amazon seller data accessed through SP-API and the Amazon Ads API is:

Stored in an encrypted Postgres database hosted on Supabase (supabase.com), a SOC 2 compliant infrastructure provider

Encrypted at rest and in transit using TLS/SSL

Access-controlled using row-level security — each account can only access its own data

Never shared with other sellers, third parties, or used for any purpose other than providing your dashboard

Amazon OAuth refresh tokens are stored in encrypted form and can be revoked by you at any time through your account settings

4. DATA SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

We do not sell or share your data with third parties except:

Service providers necessary to operate the platform (Supabase for database hosting, Stripe for payments, Clerk for authentication, Vercel for application hosting) — each bound by their own privacy and security policies

Legal requirements — if required by law, court order, or governmental authority

Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice provided to affected users

5. DATA RETENTION

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account:

Personal account data is deleted within 30 days

Amazon seller data is deleted within 30 days

You may request immediate deletion by contacting us at the address below

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you

Request correction of inaccurate data

Request deletion of your data

Withdraw consent to data processing at any time

Revoke Amazon API access at any time through your account settings or through Amazon Seller Central
